Delivery takes place within 3-7 workdays. In the weekends there is no delivery. Shipping of custom orders will be discussed/communicated with the customer.

It is possible to change order when the product is not already sent. Contact us as soon as possible at our e-mail adress info@cityshapes.eu with your provided ordernumber. When the product is already shipped, it is possible to return the product where reimbursement of the price will be provided.

Unfortunately we are located in the Netherlands so it isn’t possible to pick up our order unless you live nearby our location in Rotterdam.

Shipping costs for our products are €8,95.

All our products can be customized to your personal preferences! Thereby, it is possible to lasercut your own design or idea at City Shapes.

You can return any products, within 14 days of receiving them, for any reason. However, custom orders can’t be returned (unless we are responsible for delivering a wrong and/or damaged product).

When you return a product, we will issue you with a full refund as long as the items are not damaged and in the original packaging. Shipping costs for returning the products will not be refunded.

If you decided to return your order, take the following steps:

1. Send an email to info@cityshapes.eu with your ordernumber and product name.
2. Send your product undamaged within 14 days after delivery. Add the return form.

Contact us as soon as possible via info@cityshapes.eu. When the product is damaged or incomplete, we will refund or replace the product(s). additional shipping costs will be reimbursed.

Every package include nails that can be put in the wall. level your product against the wall before you draw points where you will put your nails. The best place to put your nails is in the corner of a building in the skyline. With bigger skylines we advise to put extra nails in the middle of the skyline. When the nails have been put on on the wall, you can hang your skyline onto the nails!

With concrete walls we advise to work with plugs and screws.
